A2bowstrings

A2bowstrings warrants each 452X and X set against peep rotation, serving separation, creep, manufacturing defects in materials, craftsmanship and design for a period of six (6) months from the delivery date. There is no peep rotation guarantee on any unserved idler setups or standard sets. ALL warranty strings/cables must be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacements being issued. Inspection will check for unusual wear or improper installation. A2bowstrings reserves the right to repair or replace any strings/cables at our own discretion.

Warranty Exclusions:

-Damage due to improper installation, follow-up maintenance, lack of skill or competence or experience of the user/assembler.

-Products that have been modified, used for commercial purposes, misused or abused, or anything other than normal use.

-Normal wear and tear.

-Cut strands from peep sights or cable slides.

This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of A2bowtrings and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly or through an authorized dealer. In no event shall A2bowstrings be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct or incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition of merchantability. A2bowstrings products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date of the product, subject to limitations detailed above. Custom Crossbow strings/cables carries a 30 day warranty. BCY 8125 bowstrings/cables carry a 30 day warranty Standard strings/cables are not warranted.

Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of receipt.

You must contact A2bowstrings to receive a RA#. A RA# must accompany the returned item. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit. A 20% restocking fee is applied on non-string returns. A 50% restocking fee is applied on all string returns.

Defective non-string items are not returnable to A2bowstrings. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to manufacturer approval by A2bowstrings. A2bowstrings does not refund shipping costs, or cover return shipping. We will not accept COD or damaged packages.
